El Espigón makes no frills about serving the stuff Andalucíans have been eating for centuries, jamón serrano, salted or fried fish, prawns in the like manner and flan (tocino del cielo is the Andalucían version) for dessert. You’ll want to try a handful of the little fried fish bits known as chanquetes. While the interior is modern, it’s a little bland (no repro mozarabic tiles, for one); but the normally quick and attentive waiters make up for any lost ground.
